LIMITED PRIVATE COMMISSIONS

Custom comic art commissions, when the project is worth the pencil mileage.

I still accept selected private commissions: fan art, comic characters, original characters, gaming characters and personal artwork. Selected is doing some work in that sentence.

If you are looking for a quick cheap sketch, the internet is vast and mysterious. If you want a custom piece with proper drawing, clear terms and high-resolution delivery, keep reading.

Commission options

These are starting points for private-use commissions. Commercial usage, publishing, merchandise, advertising, brand promotion or anything that makes money changes the quote. Funny how that works.

Taz Tazmania

Digital Character Commission

Starting from USD 350

Single character, high-resolution digital delivery. Suitable for fan art, original characters, gaming characters and personal pieces.

Backgrounds, extra characters and complex costumes increase the quote.
Xmas League Krampus Illustration

Full Illustration Commission

Starting from USD 650

A more complete piece with stronger finish, background or scene. Best when the image needs to feel like an artwork, not just a character floating in polite emptiness.

Private use only unless commercial rights are quoted separately.
Illustrazione Viverna

Traditional / Bristol Board

Starting from USD 850

Original artwork on paper or bristol board, quoted by size, technique, shipping and complexity. Availability is limited because physical artwork stubbornly refuses to draw itself.

Shipping and insurance quoted separately.

Private use and commercial use are not the same beast.

Private commissions are for personal use only. No reproduction, resale, merchandise, advertising, product promotion, publishing or brand use unless commercial rights are agreed in writing.

If you need artwork for a business, campaign, product, book, game, logo or anything that generates revenue, request a commercial quote. That is not a tiny footnote. That is the deal.

How to request a commission

  1. Send a clear idea, references and intended use.
  2. I confirm availability, price and timeline.
  3. A deposit is required before work begins.
  4. You review a low-resolution preview.
  5. Final files or original artwork are delivered after the balance is paid.

Timelines depend on schedule and complexity. Rush jobs are rarely charming.

The process in 4 steps

Pencil, ink, color, final polish. The glamorous part is mostly deciding which disaster to fix first
