On Sunday, the 28th of May we have been guests of the wine farm Agricola Tamburini during a day dedicated to the wine.
For the occasion, I have been painting with wine, a technique that brings to life drawings that magically “age” on the canvas just as (but more quickly) wine ages in the barrel, gradually changing its tone and texture.
As long as this is true and romantic, however, I still think that the best use of wine is…drinking it! : D
PS. If you are thinking about winecolouring /painting with wine, it is good to get it thickened first, leaving it to evaporate in the sun or helping this with a small saucepan on the stove for about fifteen minutes.
